Issue Severity¶
Issues can have a Priority field to represent the Project Management decision as to which problems should be fixed first.
In addition, an optional Severity field is available for Bug and Support issues to represent the effect on customers. The possible values for Severity are shown below:
Severity | Meaning |
Critical | Major functional loss to the customer and there is no workaround. |
Major | Major functional loss but there is a workaround |
Minor | Minor functional loss, probably with a workaround |
Trivial | An annoyance |
