- [MityCCD DSP Firmware] Redmine issue 5271 -
Fixed some synchronization errors in tcCLCamera::CaptureThread() in the handling of the abort flag. Initial problem
appeared as abort would not complete until the in progress scan would have finished anyway. For example a 20 second scan aborted 5 seconds
into the scan would not complete aborting until 15 seconds later. After fixing that found some issues with very fast scans aborting
causing a crash in code which had never executed before due to the first bug.

- New baseline release for the camera. Several new features and a
new application for CCDsp viewing has been added. See the software

- Implemented CLCameraReset routine to correctly reboot the camera.

- The model number and manufacturer strings are now stored in the
timing files, and are used to update the hardware parameters fields
when a timing file is loaded during factory configuration. The fields
