DDR configuration for AISgen on MityDSP-L138

We are trying to flash our firmware on the MityDSP-L138 to run code from the DDR. We are using the AISGen tool from TI, see the attached config file.
We assume that there is something wrong with the DDR register settings. What are the correct settings for the DDR interface on the MityDSP-L138? Is there a working config file for the AISgen tool?
