yocto meta-mitysom-335x no recipes and files.

Added by Niko Stan almost 8 years ago

I have the MitySOM-335x Development Kit and I would like to create a custom linux system.
I search on your website if there is some layers which can be used with yocto and I found the "meta-mitysom-335x" layer (this is the link where I found it : https://support.criticallink.com/gitweb/?a=project_list&s=335x&btnS=Search).

I done a "git clone git://support.criticallink.com/home/git/meta-mitysom-335x.git", but when git finished to clone I got only a empty folder.
Here there is where I got the link to clone this layer : https://support.criticallink.com/gitweb/?p=meta-mitysom-335x.git;a=summary

I would like to now if there is an other link to clone a layer for the MitySOM-335x Development Kit which contain all necessary recipes to be able to use this layer in my yocto project and to build my custom linux system.

Hi Niko,

We are in the process of releasing the associated files for our MitySOM-335x Yocto MDK build (we should have everything completed by the end of the month). In the interest of helping you, I have pushed the daisy branch to the repository you just cloned, but there are still some links to our internal build servers that you will need to work-around (specifically, references to svnsrv). We are currently working to remove those dependencies.

In any case, the meta-mitysom-335x layer and meta-criticallink layers have what you need if you are trying to create your own build environment and they are what we use to create our Yocto-based MDK.

Hi Bob,

thank you for this explanations and for pushing the daisy branch.

I will wait the release for the layer MitySOM-335x if I can't use succeed to create my own build environment with the layers of the daisy branch.
