WARMRST N Signal Usage¶
Pin 158 of the MitySOM-335x modules is the WARMRST_N signal. It is tied directly to the AM335x processor on Pin A10 with a 10.0k pullup on module.
Please look at the TRM for the AM335x processor, specifically section 8.1.7.4.1.1 (External Warm Reset), which discuses usage of the reset pin and also note that they only recommend you use it as either an input or an output but not both.
On our MitySOM-335x Development Kit we use it as an input to reset the AM335x processor.
