RTC 3V BATT Connection when not using RTC?

Quick question: hopefully an easy one to answer. If I don’t want to use a battery backed up RTC on the MityDSP-L138F what should I connect the 3V RTC BATT (pin 35) line to? Should it be connected to system power (3.3V), floating, or ground?
