SOM Cortex-R5F¶
Several of the peripherals on the MitySOM-AM62A and MitySOM-AM62P can be accessed by the Cortex-R5F processor in the MCU subsystem (MCUSS)
Note: The AM62X has a Cortex-M4 processor in the MCU subsystem (MCUSS) instead.
